Introduction to Business Agility
The purpose of this course is to explore how agile techniques can deliver a competitive advantage, and the practical steps needed to exploit them. The course aims at improving business agility rather than software development and follows a highly experiential set of learning objectives to equip attendees with new knowledge, tools, and techniques they can implement immediately.  Attendees have the opportunity to determine and evaluate the capabilities that their organization will need to avoid being disrupted and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
